DURADEK is a standard stock product.  It is available with individual bearing bars in either 1" or 1-1/2" "I" shapes or a 2" "T" shape.  DURADEK is a flame retardant product utilizing a premium grade polyester and vinyl ester resin. The bearing bars are assembled into 12 panel sizes:  3-, 4- or 5-foot widths in each of 8-, 10-, 12- and 20-foot lengths.  Standard panels come with cross-rod spacings of 6" or optional 12" on center. The two standard colors are gray and yellow. Other colors can be quoted upon request.

DURADEK® Standard Pultruded Grating
DURAGRID® Custom Pultruded Grating
DURADEK® and DURAGRID® gratings are lightweight and, therefore, easily handled in installation, and cost less to ship than steel grating. A patented 3-piece cross-rod system mechanically locks and chemically bonds the cross-rods to the web of each bearing bar. This separates and affixes bearing bars firmly in position and distributes concentrated loads to adjacent bars. The system allows DURADEK® and DURAGRID® grating to be cut and fabricated like a solid sheet.

Standard carpenter's tools with abrasive cutting edges may be used; just coat the cut ends with resin sealer and install.
Fabrication
COMPOSOLITE® is an advanced composite building panel system suitable for major load bearing structural applications. The system combines manufacturing simplicity with an almost unlimited number of configurations. The modular construction system consists of six interlocking components. The main component is a 3" thick x 24" wide open-ribbed panel.
Fiberglass gritted plate is a tough, corrosion resistant floor plate. SAFPLATE®'s unique combination of pultruded fiberglass plate and an anti-skid grit surface creates textured solid sheet flooring that is ideal for both wet and dry environments.
SAFDECK® is a system of 24" wide fiberglass panels, 1.125" thick, that overlap to form a continuous solid surface. SAFDECK® is intended to replace wood, aluminum or steel decking in environments where corrosion or rotting creates costly maintenance problems or unsafe conditions. SAFDECK® is a high strength, one-piece, overlapping panel system.  Manufactured of pultruded fiberglass reinforced polymer (FRP), SAFDECK® is particularly well suited for corrosive environments.
SAFPLANK® is a system of 12" and 24" wide fiberglass panels, 2" thick, that interlock to form a continuous solid surface. This product is intended to replace wood, aluminum or steel planks in environments where corrosion or rotting creates costly maintenance problems or unsafe conditions. SAFPLANK® provides safe walkways in electrical applications because of its low conductivity and non-sparking features.
